Guide to Our Revision Process

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We're excited to help you create beautiful memories. To ensure that our revision process is smooth and efficient, please follow these steps:

 

1. Access the Adobe Cloud Link: We will send you a link to your design or photo proofs via Adobe Cloud. Open this link on your laptop for the best experience, though you can also use a mobile device if necessary.

  • If there is something wrong with the fonts and error boxes, please message back and we'll update the link for you. (Sometimes it happens, as we are using cloud)


2. Review and Comment: Once you open the link, you’ll be able to view the files and add your comments directly on them. Use the tools provided to pin your feedback precisely where you’d like changes made.

 

  • SUMMARY: The first page usually shows the suite as a whole. Please double check that all your upgrades (foil stamping, embossing, letterpress, belly band, wax seals, etc) are indicated here. The summary page is for visualization purposes and the images (if still similar) are not updated in each revision. Refer to individual pages for the actual layout and text content.
  • CALLIGRAPHY: The first draft usually shows a font that is most similar to our handwriting. Revision fee applies for rewriting names in calligraphy, if the client opts to change the names and/or font
  • ENTOURAGE: If there are many changes to the entourage list SPELLING OR SEQUENCE, please submit a new file and highlight the changes. Kindly double check all details with fresh eyes. Do not check only the area with the revision. If it is only a few names, just pin your comments. :)
  • COLORS: Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. ADOBE CLOUD usually shows the colors about 10% darker. If you are particular with the color, please order a mock print
  • Artist will do her utmost best to ensure accuracy of text and details, however final checking and approval remains to be the responsibility of the client. Please double check all text, spelling, titles (mr, mrs. atty. etc), grammar and details, QR codes and compile comments for approval. Please show the design to parties whose opinion may affect the outcome of our project (parents, in-laws).
  • Fees apply for additional customizations for semi-custom suites.
  • If any of your revisions include additional fees, your existing invoice will be updated. (E.g. "please also foil stamp this", "add an envelope liner")

 

3. Trigger the Revision: You may take a few days to discuss the design with your loved ones and coordinators, and pin your comments as you go. After all the feedback are in the link, please EMAIL BACK to trigger the revision.

 

4. Review Revised Files: Updated file usually are sent back within 3 working days, more for bespoke projects. We’ll upload the updated files to the same Adobe Cloud link for your review. Repeat the process as needed (please be mindful how many FREE revisions you have) until everything is perfect!

 

!!! REMINDER !!!

Please review thoroughly and double check everything before approving for production. Do not sign the printing confirmation if not yet final. A revision later is will cost more.
