  1. Fill up our form here with details of your project. Your information will help make the meeting more productive

  2. Upon clicking submit, you will be lead to our Booking Page. Choose the time slot there. If you are not available in the time slots provided, please email alexis@ink-scribbler.com to find a common time.

 

Before the Call

  1. Kindly browse through our website for the designs and prices
  2. If you plan to explore a bespoke design, kindly save some reference photos. You can send the photos ahead on WhatsApp, so we can discuss during the call :) 

(There is no need to message us via instagram / email / web chat to say that you messaged us on WhatsApp/Viber. But if I do not reply within 48 hours, you can kindly  follow up on WhatsApp or message us on instagram. I do not reply on weekends.)

 

The Call

  • We use Microsoft Teams for the call. The meeting link will be sent to your email once you book a schedule.
  • You can join from your desktop browser without the app. Best works with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • If you plan to join in from your mobile, you need to download the app.

 

Please Note

Consultation calls are free once per customer. Afterwards, we encourage you to verbalize your thoughts and revisions through email and photo references. If you are in need of another call for Revisions, Day of Wedding, or anything else that you are more comfortable doing in a call instead of a message, please consider that we will be charging for our time. :)

 

About Alexis

Hi! I’m Alexis, the founder and Artistic Director of Ink Scribbler. I’m a self-taught designer with a background in business — I graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree in Management-Honors from Ateneo de Manila University. While my course wasn’t art-related, I found myself drawn to calligraphy and design back in 2011. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a full-time career by 2013 — and I haven’t looked back (well, maybe just once or twice, haha!).

Although Ink Scribbler is proudly rooted in the Philippines, I’ve been working remotely since 2019, following my expat husband’s assignments abroad. After spending most of my life in Manila, I’ve since lived in Singapore, Jakarta, and now Shanghai. Each place has offered fresh inspiration — from the rich cultural traditions of Chinese-Indonesian Sangjit celebrations to the incredible variety of design materials available in China. Living abroad has opened up new creative possibilities, and I’m always looking for ways to bring the best of what I discover into our offerings back home. Over the years, I’ve also built strong partnerships with animation and production teams in Indonesia and China, expanding our capabilities and allowing us to collaborate across borders.

Our artist team is location-independent across the Philippines, while our production house remains in Manila — keeping us grounded while staying globally connected.

Each year, we work on over 300 weddings, and in 2024, about 30–40% of our clients were based overseas — so whether you're local or abroad, we’re very familiar with coordinating, designing, and shipping internationally. :)
