Before the Call
  • Browse through our website for designs and prices so we can have a focused conversation.
  • If you're exploring a bespoke design, save some reference photos. You're welcome to send them ahead on WhatsApp so we can review them during the call.
For WhatsApp messages, I respond within 48 hours on weekdays — no need to follow up elsewhere. I do not reply on weekends.
The Call
  • We use Microsoft Teams. A meeting link will be sent to your email once you book.
  • Desktop users can join via browser — works best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Mobile users will need to download the Teams app beforehand.
Please Note
Consultation calls are complimentary once per customer. Subsequent calls — for revisions, day-of coordination, or anything beyond the initial consultation — are charged.
About Alexis

Hi! I'm Alexis, the founder and Artistic Director of Ink Scribbler. I'm a self-taught designer with a background in business — I graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree in Management-Honors from Ateneo de Manila University. While my course wasn't art-related, I found myself drawn to calligraphy and design back in 2011. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a full-time career by 2013.

Although Ink Scribbler is proudly rooted in the Philippines, I've been working remotely since 2019, following my expat husband's assignments abroad. After spending most of my life in Manila, I've since lived in Singapore, Jakarta, and now Shanghai. Each place has offered fresh inspiration — from Chinese-Indonesian Sangjit traditions to the incredible variety of design materials and techniques available in China.

Our artist team is location-independent across the Philippines, while our production house remains in Manila — keeping us grounded while staying globally connected. Each year, we work on over 300 weddings, and the past year, about 30–40% of our clients were based overseas. Whether you're local or abroad, international coordination is very much our normal.
