Every full-service website comes with its own dashboard — not built in Canva, built by us. Add each guest's name and the number of seats they can RSVP for, and we generate a personal link just for them. When they open it, they see their own name and exactly how many seats are reserved.
Add an email address and you can send that link straight from your dashboard — no separate mailing list, no spreadsheet juggling. One place to add guests, send invites, and watch RSVPs come in.

Getting Started
Which one is right for me — the template or full-service?
If you want to design and publish it yourself in Canva, choose the template. If you'd rather hand it off and have it built for you — with personalised guest links and a dashboard to track RSVPs — choose full-service. Every full-service package includes the dashboard and guest controls; the packages differ in design, domain, and how long the site stays active.
Do I need design experience?
No. Full-service websites are designed and built for you from start to finish. The template is built for the bride who has great taste, not necessarily design software experience — a full step-by-step client guide is included, covering everything from your first edit to publishing.
Can my website match my invitation suite?
Yes. If you chose a SEMI-CUSTOM SUITE for your hard copy invites, you can choose the Premium full-service websites and we will match it to your invites. If you have a bespoke or any other design (design from another supplier), we can make a new assets (intro video, background) under the Bespoke full-service website.
Wedding Website Template
What pages does the template include?
Six pages: a Welcome page (your cover), a Menu, a Details page (venue, date, dress code, travel info, gifts), an Entourage page, a Love Story and Gallery page, and an RSVP page with an embedded form.
Can I remove the entourage page?
Yes. Any page can be removed from the menu. If you don't have a traditional entourage, we suggest replacing the page with a meaningful quote, a Bible verse, or a short note to your guests.
How does the embedded RSVP work?
The RSVP form is built directly into your website using Canva's native form element. Guests fill it in and submit right on the page — no redirect, no separate tab, no Google Form. Responses are collected in your Canva account and can be exported as a spreadsheet at any time.
Can I customise the colours?
Yes — either on your own in Canva, or as a paid add-on if you'd prefer us to handle it for you.
Can I make changes after I publish?
Yes. Click "Edit Design" in Canva, make your updates, then click "Republish." Your live site refreshes automatically — no need to start over. You have lifetime access to edit and republish as many times as needed.
Full-Service Wedding Website
How long does it take to build my website?
10–15 working days after payment and complete details are received. Bespoke packages with a custom video: allow 15–20 days. The most common cause of delays is incomplete content — make sure all your details are ready before submitting.
How long does the site stay active?
Basic and Premium packages are active for 6 months. Bespoke is active for 12 months. Additional time can be added in 6-month blocks.
How do guests know how many seats are reserved for them?
Each guest's personalised link shows their name and exactly how many seats are reserved for them when they open it — this is standard on every full-service package, so there's no need to track it separately or spell it out in a message.
My wedding is still far away. Can I order now?
Yes — ordering now places you on our priority list. Your website will be activated closer to your invitation distribution date, so there's no reason to wait.
Can I have background music?
Yes — all tiers include background music. Let us know your preferred track when submitting your details. We'll do our best to source it, though some tracks may not be available due to licensing restrictions.
