Bring your wedding venue to life with a custom hand-painted illustration — a beautiful way to set the mood for your celebration and give your guests a preview of where the magic will happen.
Each illustration is created specifically for your invitation suite, designed to be mixed, matched, and used across your cards, envelope liners, and digital invitations.
Choose your illustration style:
- Venue Illustration — A detailed painting of your ceremony or reception venue. Available in sketch or colored.
- 2 Venues — Two venue illustrations, perfect for couples with separate ceremony and reception locations. Available in sketch or colored with watercolor roads.
- Landscape with Background — A wide, scenic painting capturing the full atmosphere of your venue and its surroundings. Available in sketch or colored.
- Map — A custom artistic map showing your wedding location, key landmarks, and directions for guests. Available in sketch or colored. Popular for destination weddings.
Pricing is based on venue location — venues outside the Philippines require additional custom research and reference work.
Good to know:
∙ All illustrations are sized and optimized for print on invitations (approximately A4). Files are not suitable for large format printing.
∙ Our artists exercise creative freedom in depicting maps and venues — road sizes, distances, colors, and proportions may be adjusted to suit the overall design aesthetic.
∙ For map orders, please provide a Google Maps screenshot showing your preferred zoom level, and indicate up to 4 landmarks or icons you’d like included.
∙ Illustration fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of changes to the invitation suite.
∙ If you are ordering a venue illustration only (without an invitation suite), no text layout is included. Text layout is only available when the full invitation suite is also designed by Ink Scribbler.
∙ For ala carte orders (illustration only): 1 revision is included. Additional revision fees apply for succeeding rounds.
∙ For full invitation suite clients: map revisions follow the same revision count as your suite.
∙ Adding decorative elements such as flowers or banners is available for full invitation suite clients only, using elements from your commissioned suite.
∙ Copyright remains with the artist. Ink Scribbler reserves the right to use illustrations for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients and their suppliers may not reuse artwork outside of the event it was commissioned for.
Venue illustrations are already included in our Bespoke Design packages — no need to add this separately if you have an existing bespoke order.
